After being bombed off Norway she took over 1,500 tons, about 15% again, but then had to get back across the North Sea in April, no mean feat.
Not a warship, but don't forget Ohio during Operation Pedestal. And there were merchantmen in the North Atlantic that only stayed afloat because they were loaded with balsa.
