There is a nice photo of the 2691 along with news article at National Stone's web site:

Martins Ferry Yard to Open
National Lime & Stone currently processes the limestone at their Carey, OH Quarry, which employs approximately 30 people. The limestone will then be transported by the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad to their Martins Ferry property at approximately 1100 N. 1st Street or the North end of the Ohio Valley Parkway. National Lime & Stone will stockpile finished product at this location and scale it out to local contractors, concrete customers, & the Department of Transportation.
This new rail yard will bring additional tax revenue to the city, create 3-5 jobs for National Lime & Stone and Wheeling & Lake Erie combined, provide additional hours for 30 workers at the supplying Carey, OH Quarry, and deliver a quality product at competitive pricing, which should also help to stretch local tax dollars.
