213 departing Rook at 149 am with 4018 and about 60 cars, wasn't listening to the scanner close enough for the markup but I did hear an AVR engine in the consist.
Dispatcher said they would meet a 212 somewhere along the line, as 212 was on duty at Brewster at 1230am but had not departed.
