It looked like 213 was about to depart around 9:30p. The head end was sitting on Whiskey Run Viaduct when I drove under on the parkway. Three tigers and 2662. 106 was leader. It also looked like there were 5-6 other tigers sitting in the middle of the yard. Lots going on but it was getting dark quickly and traffic made it difficult to see any more specifics.
