Seen the Wheeling & Lake Erie hopper train yesterday afternoon at 2:20 PM crossing the Allegheny River in Downtown Pittsburgh. Other than a funky foreign car in the middle of the train, seeing the speed lettering W&LE hoppers in downtown Pittsburgh was quite impressive. Upfront were looked like two NS GE's leading westward coming down off the ramp at Federal Street.
