The train in question was a loaded ore train off the WLE at Huron, Ohio going to Sparrows Point. Since it was loaded at Huron, it had the WE hoppers. They are running as NS 406 loaded and 407 empty. They are cleaning out the stockpile of ore at Huron, just like at Mingo Jct. and Warren, Ohio.
A WB 407 went west out of Conway this afternoon. Hope this helps. Look for this to come east loaded in a couple days. Hope this helps.
