Severstal has informed the USW that it calling back workers at its Follansbee Coke Plant and relighting #8 block on Sept. 27, due to increase in demand for coke. This is according the USW President.
Martins Ferry plant was called back in late July to fulfill an order. The only mention at that time of Mingo was that its status would evaluated periodicly.
