The ore pellets at Wheeling Pitt have all been scooped up and sent to Sparrows Point. Severstal is looking for a b uyer for all of its North American operations; CSN Steel of Brazil seems to be a likely candidate to acquire Sparrows Point at least. So tell me, how does an eastbound move out of Mingo go east towards Rook. It would seem to travel around Robin Hood's barn to do so.
