Arcelor Mittal calling back 1000

Just heard on the news, Arcelor Mittal in Cleveland is calling back workers, maybe 1000 of them.

Hopefully this brings back the W&LE coke trains over the Big Four. Not to mention saving CSX's Clark Ave Yard.
