How do you figure the unions are to blame for the regulations? It has to do with the carriers refusing to give adequate time off when needed for their t&e service employees! Since the carriers refused to listen to the unions and work toward a more amicable work schedule with time off, the Government stepped in and forced the carriers to accept the regulation.
