uh-oh, Federal judge on 6/29/09 ok'ed the complaint to proceed. Seems someone lied to the federal Judge, and now the Case is in full swing, and the U.S. Coast guard, Ohio P.U.C.O are helping the Plaintiff, glad I am not the W&LE.
