The Return of NS 707 and 708?

I've heard about the operation of NS 707 and 708 to Cleveland again. (The W&LE coke train that runs to the steel mills downtown). Is this going to continue running regularly, or were these ops I heard of, just some sort of special move?

707 brought two CVTX passenger cars out of the 3rd St (Cleveland) area about two weeks ago.
