Lots of confusion on the Wheeling today. 610 leaves Rook, makes it to MP 50, stopped by Train Dispatcher. Told to return to Rook for a car of ties. Leaves Rook a second time for Mifflin. Then told again, to go back to Rook again for 2 cars for Bruceton. whew...
