It would not surprise me if blast and bop operations are done. If you have ever been to Sparrows Point it is a perfect place to do business in steel or port work. The mill complex is huge but really does little. Most of the buildings are either torn down or vacant. They only make sheet and tin plate. In other words the mill needs more work to justify its existence. The electric furnace at Mingo might survive to use when business is slow.
