Everyone is a possibility, but I know from a inside source, that-that is mainly all they look for, and the others don't stand a chance. I even know of a person that just served in the military, tested this matter out, and proved for the next coming round of hiring, he was called on the first day to go to testing ( a new thing they are doing now). I had a lady test the Human Resource people out, and got a quick callback after leaving a message pretending to be interested in the job. Now, another person with experience (a good man too), has tried numerously that last few hiring rounds, got ignored, and didn't even get a phone called returned back to them after leaving messages. Considering the WLE's turnover rate, I'd look a little harder at experienced people that may of benefit to the staff at the railroad. So far, these tests of mine the WLE Human Resource people are failing, and everything I'm hearing turns out to be the truth.
