To explain what you wanna hear, I'm too lazy to do that---especially to where you can understand it---that would take all night. But, to sum it up, the talk about boxes and things, and the reason for the speed, is that they are reading info off forms, and the wording on those forms are set-up to run trains.
Anybody else wanna add to this?
