Dispatcher Speak

Hi,

What's all that a dispatcher says. When I hear them on the scanner, they rattle off their instructions at top speed, talking about boxes all kinds of things. This is because, of course, I don't know the the lingo of the business, and am not an insider. Anyone here know a bit about "dispatcher speak?"
