Heard WE304 get permission onto the Matt Branch about a half hour ago (17:30), with a cab ordered to fetch the crew at Koppers. Maybe we'll see the loads return tomorrow?

I'm kind of out of touch lately with the W&LE..what is the typical operating pattern? Is there still a consistent call at 5PM for 392 from Rook or has this changed?
