You're kidding, right? You honestly think that the Wheeling management would allow access and interviews for anything more than a pro-W&LE propaganda piece? And if the W&LE is the model for regionals and shortlines today, then railroading is in very big trouble. The reality is that Wheeling management greatly undervalues its employees and that is why so many run away to other railroads. Those on the outside can't begin to understand until they experience firsthand how W&LE management treats its employees!
