The new location hasn't worked out well.
It missed one and the recent one happened short.
Wonder what the location might of been when the journal started going bad?
It should be back near its original location for just this reason.
And if thieves are a problem, technology today would justify a surveilance camera powered by solar and each time a vandal is caught, the fines would pay off the equipment.
