Thanks for the explanation, but as much as I appreciate it, it still doesn't explain for certain what they're doing in Rook. I understand that you can use conveyors under the cars, but how would you get the sand from the conveyor and into the towers? Wouldn't a conveyor be more likely if they were loading right into trucks? If they use a hose, wouldn't you still pretty much need to have the car in front of the tower (or close)?
I also understand that they can use different pieces of equipment to move the cars, but I have yet to see anything in the area. That's why I wondering if anyone knew for sure what they were doing in Rook. I don't mean to sound unappreciative. I'm just trying to learn how they're doing it there.

: As for unloading, there are conveyors
: that can be moved under the pockets
: on the cars for unloading and then
: removed when done, or the cars could
: be equipped with hose connections to
: be vacuum unloaded. As far as
: moving the hoppers without an
: engine, this can be done with a
: front end loader, trackmobile, and
: if they were really desperate it
: could be done using a chain and a
: semi truck.
