Questions about new Rook facility

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I was wondering if anyone might happen to know how they unload the covered hoppers and get the sand into the towers? Is there a pit somewhere on the new siding? Also, how are they moving the hoppers if no engine is stationed at Rook?
