My sons and I are interested in competing in the upcoming Sept. 11 MSOE meet, probably in the Push/Pull portion of the competition. We had considered the Power Sports competition, but have no knowledge of how the Curl event is judged, or what type of bar is used. I did not see a rules section on the website. Please advise of the rules/conditions, or direct me to where to find the info on the website.
