We had another wonderful weekend of lifting and seeing old friends in Indiana. Lots of outstanding lifters and some new faces as well.
Only one woman competed and her daughter did her first meet too. Looking forward to Waukesha Expo,
in April. We took alook at the site and its nice for the lifters. There are showers available and lots of room to move around. There will be concessions as well, I advised them to provide more protein based items for lifters through out the meet. Hope that helps. See you all then.
