You use one ISP that you posted with on 1/24/09, with no problem. It is through Cox.net.
The ISP that you posted here on the Wisconsin Forum, has the same ISP as an ISP that was banned on the National Training Forum on 6/13/2008. It is also through Cox.net.
Try recycling your router(turn it off for 15 seconds, and then back on), and you should end up with a new ISP.
