We had 69 Entries on Saturday, at The DAMN LARGE One, held at the Best-Western/Inntowner, in Madison, WI. This was down only 10 Entries from our Record of 79, which is actually Very Good, as this was the first time we did zero advertising for the Event...
We had about 14 new faces, so, the Grand Nationals, on July 19th in Sheboygan, should be a fairly large Meet...
Many thanks to our Referees, including Jerry Jones, Steve Korff, Dale Alsteen, Sharon Orange, Mark Jacobs, David Oyler, Gary Reichert, and Michael Jackson...
Thanks also to our Announcing Team, Denny & Sherry Johnson, to Wendy Hou-Seye for running the computer all day, and to Harley Jackson, our Door Lady...
Thanks to our Spotter-Loaders, including Robert Crawford, Mark Jacobs, Marty Becker, Jon Beaudry, David Oyler(Squats), and Steve Korff...
The Hotel Staff was great, and we will probably book our 2009 Fall Meet back at the Best-Western/Inntowner. Many of the Lifters and Meet Staff came to the Banquet on Friday Night, and one of the Lifters commented on Saturday, "You see, that's why I like NASA, because NASA does this king of thing(Banquet) for the Lifters, and (Another Organization) doesn't do those kind of things."
And last, but certainly not least, thanks to all of the Lifters, without whom Meets would not even exist...
When Drug Test results come back, we will notify the Lifters...
I am a little backed up right now, but I will try to get the results to Rich, in a few days, so that they can be posted on the Website...
I don't feel I smiled enough at the Meet. 
What most people didn't know, was that I was nauseous, dizzy, and head a massive headache for most of the day. But as they say in the Theater, The Show Must Go On.....
