Laura,
The very fact that you felt it necessary to offer up an apology, demonstrates that you are a Person of Conscience.
We all lose our temper from time to time, as we are only human. Although I didn't lose my temper at the Meet, you may have noticed I didn't smile as much as I normally do, as for most of the day I was feeling naueseous, dizzy, and had a headache that felt like I was having an aneurysm. However, as the Meet Director, I had to push on.
