Hi all.
I am 40 and have returned to lifting this past Winter after 10 years away from the iron. This is my first go around with powerlifting, after previous runs with bodybuilding workouts.
I am still pretty ignorant with all things powerlifting, and am curious how I am doing.
After my first 8 week cycle, I hit 400 squat, 270 bench and 465 deadlift raw (no belt, wraps, et al) at a weight of 234. Again, I am 40, and do not use drugs.
I am looking at competing for the first time in the spring or summer, and want to know if I will embarrass myself.
