I had the best time in Chippewa Falls, so thanks to their Y for the gitRdun hard work. Job and Wendy oughta be good at this by now, but yeah, my first one that was not in their backyard and it didn't make any difference. To all the lifters, it was a fantastic turnout. Both in volume and output. Training showed for both men and women. The CF team is something to be reckoned with. And I love it when women rock...NASA knows how to bring it.
