Standing 3 inches from a wall, spider-walked right hand up wall until right shoulder felt pain, held for 5 seconds, then slid hand down the wall. Repeated 4 more times. Repeated 5 times standing at 45 degree angle to the wall.
Laid down on left side, did 2 sets, 10 reps each, of outward shoulder rotations, holding a 3 Lbs. dumbbell.
Still lying on left side, did 2 sets, 15 reps each, of straight arm crossovers, holding a 3 Lbs. dumbbell.

Used new snowblower, purchased on 11/30/07, to blow snow for 2.75 hours(1 hour before Church, and 1.75 hours after Church), and then finished with 15 minutes of very light shoveling, 1/3rd shovel full.
We have a very large amount of paved surface area, with parking for 7 to 8 vehicles, plus about 300 feet of sidewalk(100 in front of house, and 200 alongside the house). Did neighbor's sidewalk also, as I think his snowblower was broken.
The first 3 Winters we did it all by hand. I knew Wendy and I couldn't do it by hand this year, due to my recent shoulder surgery. The new snowblower really saved my ass.
It is now 3.5 hours later, and I perceive no soreness whatsoever, although I did immediately take 3 ibuprofens, afterwards, at 3 PM, as a preventative measure for any possible swelling.
