First day squatting with bar on back in 6 months. Having shoulder problems

1 leg leg press x8x5
Superset Leg Ext/Leg Curl

Abs

BN pulldown for shoulder flexibility
75x8x5
Hammer Curls
Up and down rack 8 reps 15-40
