Standing 3 inches from a wall, spider-walked right hand up wall until right shoulder felt pain, held for 5 seconds, then slid hand down the wall. Repeated 4 more times. Repeated 5 times standing at 45 degree angle to the wall.

35 Lbs. X 10
No pain.
Finished with 2 minutes on a cable-pulley device, resting the right hand where the olympic plates should go, and pulling the strap down with the left hand/arm, thus elevating the right arm right to the position where I just begin to feel pain in the right shoulder, holding for 5 seconds, lowering the arm, and then repeating, for the duration of the 2 minutes.
