There has been some confusion about the Wisconsin PRO Meet, as defined by the letter sent out on November 10th.
This Post is intended to clarify a few things.
FIRST, The Wisconsin PRO Meet is not intended to compete, in ANY Way, with NASA's National PRO Meets. In fact, if you have your National PRO Card, your Wisconsin PRO Card is Free.
SECOND, You need to buy your regular NASA Card to lift in any of the NASA Sanctioned Meets at which you may get your 3 Qualifying Meets in, in order to be eligible for the Fall 2009 Wisconsin PRO Meet.
THIRD, Nothing has been changed about the NASA Coefficient. The same Coefficient that has been used for almost 2 Decades, as developed by Rich Peters and Danny Black, will be used in Quadralifting(Curl, Squat, Bench, Deadlift). If the Lifter specifies "Unequipped," however, for their TOTAL ONLY, another multiplier will be added to their Final NASA Coefficient, to put them on an Even Par with the Equipped Lifters.
FOURTH, A Lifter needs to be mindful that if they wear Elbow Wraps in Quadralifting, it will eliminate them from all other NASA Divisions. Or, if they wear Wrist Wraps in the Quadralifting Curl, it will eliminate their Curls in Power Sports
