WFF Carolers listed on eBay

Has anyone looked at the listing for the Carolers on ebay right now,Item number: 330358974223?

It looks to me as if the legs have been broken and re-glued on this piece. I have written to the seller when it was listed and have had no reply from him. There is no description of the item,but it does appear that something isn't quite right about the piece. What does anyone think about this? Thanks, Susan
