Arriving at FTF

Hi,

I am new to FTF and would flying in on Friday. I am trying to figure out if I would not be arriving to the hotel until around 5 or 6pm would I be missing out on a lot of stuff on Friday? Also, If I had to leave on Sunday around 1pm, would I also be missing out on a lot? It looks like most of the activites are on Saturday. Also, would I be able to receive my WFF pieces in time, if I leave Sunday around 1pm?
