It's official. We will be staying at the Doherty Hotel in Clare MI for Folktoberfest this year (October 23-25).
Our activities will follow a similar pattern to years passed:
Helper's Meeting at 9 on Friday
Registration and Reception 3-5 on Friday
Continental Breakfast Saturday AM
General Meeting Saturday AM
Lunch
Crazyiness all afternoon on Saturday
Dinner
Socializing on your own Saturday evening
Brunch and meeting on Sunday AM
Hotel Rates:
Standard Double Double $65 wkday, $80 wkend
Deluxe King or Double Queen $70 wkday, 85 wkend
Double Queen Fireside $80 wkday, 99 wkend
Jacuzzi Suite $90 wkday, $102 wkend
Delux Suite $105 wkday, $130 wkend
$5 charge for each additional guest over 2
You can say you're with the Wee Forest Folk group and they should know who you are. I think we have the entire facility for the entire weekend (meeting rooms, that is).
