Thank you for the information Terry. I could not figure out the one described as the "mouse with cheese" but now I think it was MM02 Mouse on drum with fife, only with the fife missing.

The "Pirate" is MM02 and just sold on eBay for $2,126!!! The photos on this auction are much nicer than the original auction.
