Bears Surprize Friend

I have a Bears Surprize Friend (bear in lavender polkadot dress and mouse in pink with a heart on the dress). Can someone let me know if it is retired or not? My Mom bought it and I don't have any info re its value or active status. And thanks to all who have been answering my "bear" questions.
