Identify 2 bears

I have 2 bears which I am having trouble identifying -
Lady bear in Halloween colors white apron (spider painted on apron) over orange striped dress holding a lantern in her left paw - made by Annette 1995 Special Color.

Boy Bear in blue overalls with teal trim standing next to a green valise with mauve print flowers - made by Annette in 1995 Special Color.

I'd appreciate any help with the names and numbers and possibly an idea of what they are worth.
