Nancy, can you please post the agenda for the event so we know when activities start and end? Example: if nothing is going on Friday except registration can we arrive early on Saturday?? Also, since it is Octoberfest weekend were you planning a "safari" in cars and much traffic???? It is almost impossible to drive with all the people and traffic on that weekend! Please post ASAP so we can book hotel, car and plane??
