Looking at the teams around us this will be a harder season than last one, lots of clubs have established squads (look at Tooting 3 years with virtuallty the same squad and they have made the step up). I would be delighted if Jimmy got us up in his first year but it will take time for the new players to gell and the youngsters to develope, the new players jimmys getting in arnt a mystery to this level they have all proved themself at this level and above , its just up to jimmy to get the best out of each of them, a lot odf clubs in this division have been "splashing the cash" if the local grapevine is to be believed, so lets get behind Jimmy and see what transpires be nice to me I may be your boss one day
