David alone on GH gives me heartburn, but David and Cara having their healthy baby there is what I've dreamed of for almost ten years! 
They could start out by consulting with super-OB/GYN Kelly about her high-risk pregnancy complications, then we find out David has been saving Qs at Edward's request!
