They are also having John interact a lot with Sam, since ME & Kelly Monaco were a popular couple on GH's sister soap "Port Charles" when they played Caleb & Livvie. ME says John is still married & in love with Natalie, so who knows how they will handle John's relationship with her. The show will apparently keep showing John telling Natalie he promises to come home after he deals with Sonny.
