She says they wrote a beautiful ending, "'… a montage of everyone in the future to let fans know that they'd be okay.'"
What I wouldn't have given to have seen David back in a white lab coat at PVH being a doc and then later at home with Cara and his BABY! We were cheated BIG TIME!
