Okay, let me figure this out. They decide to go in-vitro (sperm is put directly into the egg in a dish) and not AI because there's more of a chance for success? This explains the switch to a clinic from PVH. Dsvid then suggests the old-fashioned way to cut a month off the process because seeing the in-vitro docs would involve waiting a mos with more exams and since they've both already been cleared by the PVH doc they should try the natural way now? It's a bit confusing, but maybe I shouldn't try to figure it out. LOL
