My guess is that Jake will be the one to get Amanda pregnant but- temporarily!- allow David to think the AI worked & David's the father. We all know paternity's always a crap shoot on soaps- & I'm presuming Jake has far more opportunities to impregnate Amanda. Then, after the baby's born, Jake will play the biological card & claim David has no rights to custody & try to diminish his rights to Trevor as well. Of course (since David is always two steps ahead of Jake) the baby will turn out to be David's after all.

If I was Amanda, I'd want it written into the contract that the baby be conceived the old fashioned way.
