Nah, I think Jake is too arrogant to ever learn he can't outfox David. LOL. It's a "Martin" trait. They all think they're saints, they think they're always right, that the ends justify their nefarious means, and that ultimately they will win. So they keep banging their heads against that very hard wall, asking the fates what they're doing wrong, why the "devil" always seems to win. They'll never get it. LOL.

David has a plan - which ultimately will fail - but he'll get what he wants right now. Amanda will carry his child, and she'll get pregnant the old-fashioned way, just as David planned.
