"I think David is reading Jake perfectly. David was charmingly manipulative today, the best at getting what he wants. LOL. David wants his revenge on Jake by destroying the man's marriage, and he wants another child. He's killing 2 birds with one stone. I'm sure he figures Jake will try to sabotage the deal, and David will be 3 steps ahead of him. Yes, Amanda will get pregnant with David's child the old-fashioned way, Jake will discover her treachery, she'll discover Jake intended to interfere with the deal, both will be furious and - kaboom - the end of J/A. As CS said in a recent tweet, there are no happy endings, no riding off into the sunset together."
She also said to watch for the drama and that's coming, in spades! David has planned this out to the letter, anticipating everyone of Jake's moves, no one having an inkling he has no intention of using AI.
