I'm afraid my earlier fears were right and the gambling is going to slide into the summer, which means the web of lies and deceit will continue. I hate this part of the storyline. But it's obvious from the day-ahead that Nikki continues to buy into David's lies, maybe because she doesn't want to confront the truth herself and destroy her happiness. Such is the irony--he DOES make her happy. Both Nikki and David are in denial and so the gambling story will escalate, even as Skye comes to town and the dark secret will eventually be exposed. Somehow, both these reveals will intermesh, maybe July summer sweeps. I do think we'll see onscreen therapy at some point. Everything seems to be leading to it.
Meanwhile, I hope Nikki does not marry David knowing deep down he is still gambling. It is no way to begin a marriage. Let Victor and Sabrina elope for a quickie ceremony in Italy. LOL
