A dance between the lie and the truth. Not that scholars can't come from Lubbock, but it's an area more known for Buddy Holley than for the classics. What the heck is David's real story?! Did his family settle there, from somewhere else? What? LOL

He keeps trying to make Nikki happy by saying the right thing. And so the web of lies keeps expanding. Although it's true he didn't tell Brad yes, he also didn't quite say no. LOL
